First Project Partner Meeting (Poznań, 4-5 January 2008)
The First Project Partner Meeting was held on 4-5 January 2008 at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. During the meeting the scope and content of fifteen training modules was decided and a detailed schedule of works was elaborated.
Second Project Partner Meeting (Riga, 18-19 April 2008)
The Second Project Partner Meeting was held on 18-19 April 2008 at the University of Latvia in Riga. During the meeting a process of producing e-learning courses was discussed and elaboration of e-learning courses syllabi was made (workshop). Contact seminar Putting Long Life Learning ideas into Vocational Education Training practice (Poznań, 18 – 21 June 2008) The project (rationale, objectives, partnership, target groups and potential users, results) was presented at the Contact seminar Putting Long Life Learning ideas into Vocational Education Training practice held in Poznań on 18 – 21 June, 2008.
Round table on e-learning in archaeology at EAA Conference (La Valetta, 16-20 September 2008)
A round table concerning e-learning solutions in teaching and training of archaeology in Europe was held at the European Association of Archaeologist Conference in Valetta, Malta on 16-20 September 2008 (www.e-a-a.org).
Third Project Partner Meeting (Gothenburg, 3-4 October 2008)
The Third Project Partner Meeting was held on 18-19 April 2008 at the University of Gothenburg. During the meeting details of e-learning training in partner countries was discussed as well as a range of valorisation activities.
Otwarcie Europejskiego Roku Kreatywności i Innowacji [Inaugural Meeting of the European Year of Creativity and Innovation] (Warsaw, March 31, 2009)
The project rationale and objectives was presented at the Inaugural Meeting of the European Year of Creativity and Innovation held in Warsaw on 31 March, 2009) Cyfrowa przeszłość. Metody komputerowe w archeologii [The Digital past. Computer methods in archaeology] (Warsaw, 7-8 May 2009) The project content, methodology and results of training was presented in three papers at the Polish conference on computer application in archaeology held in Warsaw on May 7-8 2009.
Fourth Project Partner Meeting (Amsterdam, 1 October 2009)
The Fourth and the final Project Partner Meeting was held on 1 October 2009 at the University of Amsterdam. During the meeting a thorough summary and evaluation of the project was conducted and possible future collaboration discussed. Conference E-learning archaeology (Amsterdam, October 2 & 3, 2009) The conference concerning presentation of the project results and products in the context of e-learning applications in archaeology and archaeological heritage. It was held in Botanical Gardens in Amsterdam on October 2-3, 2009.
